Derek qualified as an IHCA and London City & Guilds practicing Ki-Massage therapist in 1993 and has continuously upskilled to add deep tissue massage and Sports Massage ( CMA ), Cupping massage and Implement Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation ( IASTM) and Dry Needling. From his involvement in sport throughout his career and his years working with multi-nationals Derek understands the demands that we place on our bodies from a sporting aspect and also the stress we can place upon ourselves in our working lives.

As an active sports participant Derek fully understands the demands that we put on our bodies and the significant benefits that massage can provide to de-stress, repair and recover. My mission is to help you heal. I want you to leave your session feeling better, but my priority is your overall health.
